The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the UN's highest court, is scheduled to make a decision on Israel's attack on Rafah, Gaza Strip, on the 24th (local time).

International Court of Justice located in The Hague, Netherlands

The ICJ, located in The Hague, Netherlands, is scheduled to make a ruling on South Africa's request for Israel to stop its attack on Rafah and withdraw its troops from the Gaza Strip at 3pm local time.

The request is based on South Africa's claim that Israel's attack on Gaza is "part of an endgame to completely destroy Gaza as a habitable territory."

The ICJ is already considering a case filed by South Africa on charges of genocide against Israel in December of last year, and in January of this year, it accepted South Africa's request and ordered Israel to take measures to prevent genocide and improve the humanitarian situation.

However, Israel did not carry out the ICJ's order, insisting that the war in Gaza was justified. As a result, Israel recalled its ambassador to South Africa, whose relations have recently deteriorated due to the Gaza Strip incident.
